This will be a really fun, interactive session lead by Gary Monti, PMP, designed to help project managers think differently about their leadership by evaluating situations using a “non-linear” framework. This is definitely NOT a "death by PowerPoint" session! Gary helps project managers/project leaders navigate the challenging project landscapes by seeing situations differently while they are still in them. 

Attendees will receive access to a free online course "Are you a leader or are you a boss?" as a follow up to this presentation. This is a $79 value for FREE to attendees of this meeting.
